Energy Healing Can Help Alleviate Depression
Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. I describe here my experiences in helping others heal for over 45 years and what I see energetically, along with my 70 years’ life experience. These are solely my own observations.
As an energy healer, what I can offer you is a path forward from depression that may help you understand, accept and embrace the self. It is a path without shame or guilt, nor is it rigid or dictorial.
The goal is to help you change your perception of self and how you fit into society.
Can I alone heal your depression? No. What I can do for you is feel the energy frequency of your depression, find where it’s the strongest, and start working on changing that frequency into a gentler vibration (a state of peace, at minimum) to help your mind alleviate depression.
A Frequency of Joy
For a client who is depressed, I utilize both coaching and energy healing work. The energy work I do will vibrate the cells in your whole being to this gentler frequency; as your cells vibrate at a frequency considered happy or appreciative, it helps create the proper chemistry for your body and mind.
I can project into you the frequency of happiness or joy, and I work on giving your cells an optimal frequency that they can choose to absorb.
Energy work can help with changing the frequency of the cellular structure, but YOU unlock the positive frequency already existing within your cellular memory. I infuse you with a frequency that your system can adapt and learn to trigger that frequency in yourself.
"Priming A Pump"
One of the biggest misconceptions of energy healing is it’s going to heal you in one session, mostly because of the confusion of what good energy healing really involves. I’ve worked on people who have told me that they’ve overcome lifelong depression after only one session with me, but that is rare. It’s rare because your body needs time and repetition to learn the new frequency, in order to trigger the chemical reactions involved to eventually balance your brain chemistry.
The truth is that the peaceful energy frequency you have after a session will last up to 3 days, maximum. After that, your body will revert back to your depressive frequency. Now, if within those 3 days you start eating healthier, exercising, and working toward staying away from the negative and avoiding conflict, etc., you work on extending that peaceful vibration, and it gives you hope. You may not be able to do these things due to circumstances, and we would work on finding solutions for your particular issues.
Energy healing on its own can make a depressed person feel good, but it needs to be built upon, and people need to do things on their own to give it momentum. You can look at the energy work as “priming a pump”.
If you receive energy work once a week, then within 5 or 6 sessions your cells should start adapting to the positive frequency, learning to create a sweet vibration on their own. For many – not all, but for many – just cellular memory will cause them to start vibrating at a happy frequency as they get up in the morning.
Energy Coaching Is Essential
I find for most of my clients, though, coaching as well is beneficial to achieve results. Coaching involves projecting energy to you while speaking, and it helps achieve breakthroughs in allowing you change your perceptions of self and others, while teaching you that you’re capable of focusing on the positive.
Coaching allows me to introduce you to yourself – the person you’ve been hiding from.
Your perceptions create the foundation of all depression, which is the feeling of “why don’t I belong”. Energy work will help your cells vibrate at a better frequency, but lasting change and breakthrough usually does not occur unless coaching is a part of your session. Coaching also speeds up the healing process, so you can achieve results much sooner than energy work alone. There is no timetable, but the goal is to help you achieve lasting relief from depression in as few sessions as possible so you can get on living your life.
Your Individual Path
Which healing methods I use depends upon you and the unique circumstances of your depression; I may do energy work or coaching for an entire session, or a combination of both. The ultimate goal is get your energy frequency oscillating at a level which allows you to close the files of depression and open the files that let the sunlight of acceptance in.
We all carry a signature of happiness, but we need to get through the noise of our history to allow ourselves to feel awesome.
